Up to $20,000 Sign-On bonus for experienced Registered Nurse / RN Position SummaryThe RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing are to all patients. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination of the patient’s experience and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs high quality and patient focused care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, Infection Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided.
Position QualificationsEDUCATION:Minimum: Education recognized by the State of Florida as qualification for Registered Nurse licensure.
Preferred: BSN
EXPERIENCE:None
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION:Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida.
American Heart Association BLS certification
For Telemetry and higher acuity units: ACLS (AHA) and Basic EKG interpretation are also required.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:None
