About The RoleDuties will include servicing, repairs, fault finding and diagnosis on passenger and commercial vehicles in a busy franchised dealership.
Carrying out a variety of repairs on all makes, models and ages of vehicle
Completing warranty repairs to a high standard and within manufacturer's guidelines
Ford experience advantageous although not essential as continuing manufacturer training will be a part of the role
Assisting colleagues in their work as part of a team
Completing VHC's and any necessary paperwork
To consistently work towards delivering the highest possible level of customer service
Monday to Thursday 0800 - 1700 and Friday 0800 - 1600.
Overtime on an ad hoc basis
Saturday mornings may be required on an rota basis
