- Drafting detailed scopes of work
- Selecting premier vendors/integrators

Preferred Qualifications
- Electrical Standards Knowledge: Understanding of electrical standards for the US, Canada, and Mexico.
- 3D CAD Competency: Proficiency with SolidWorks preferred.
- Programming Skills: Familiarity with Visual Basic Programming, Ladder Logic, and other programming languages.
- Project Leadership: Demonstrated experience as a self-starter with robust project leadership skills.
- Automation Expertise: Proven success in implementing automation within traditional manufacturing environments.
- Diverse Automation Experience: Familiarity with various types of automation, vendors, and applications.
- Manufacturing Acumen: Background in both high-volume, complex manufacturing and high-mix, low-volume settings.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and build rapport across all levels of a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of manufacturing design elements, tools, systems, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Design Principles: Proficiency in Data Analysis, DOE, FMEA, DFM/DFA.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong automation, electrical, and mechanical aptitude.
- Team Collaboration: Capability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Robotics and Manufacturing Line Development: Hands-on experience with manufacturing line development and robotics training.
- Continuous Improvement: Passion for safety, workplace organization, and continuous improvement, with a focus on Lean Tools and Lean implementation.
- Process Integration: Knowledge of automation and process integration.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Travel Readiness: Valid driver’s license and passport.
