Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer (EE) for a direct hire/permanent role in Nashville, TN. This role will be onsite in Nashville, TN with up to 50% travel in the future.
In this role, you will research, develop, design, and test electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Additional responsibilitie include:
- Lead large projects or processes of complex scope, with limited oversight from manager
- Coach, reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals
- Assist in the development of operational plan and implements for areas of assigned responsibilities
- Identify continuous improvement/automation activities
- Determine the method of research for the planning, design development and testing of electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes
- Help support relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
- BSEE degree required
- Significant Experience in Ladder Logic, Safety PLC programming, and HMI design
- Experience in Allen Bradley software Studio/RS Logix 5000, FactoryTalk View Studio, and RSLinx Classic/OEM.
This direct hire/permanent role will be based in Nashville, TN with travel in the future (up to 50%). This role will pay between $110,000- $140,000 per year with a 15% bonus (total compensation of $126,500-$161,000) and will offer a comprehensive suite of benefits. Relocation assistance is available to relocate to Nashville.
