KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, organize, maintain and manage the operations of Clifford Beer sites and affiliates.

• Support risk reduction activities related to the environment of care at all Clifford Beers Sites

• Schedule, track, and maintain all facility requests/work orders including building and office maintenance, utilities and office equipment.

• Create and maintain a preferred vendor list.

• Create, maintain and track appropriate maintenance logs and requirements.

• Support and document facility inspections according to licensing/credentialing requirements.

• Work with Finance to ensure vendors payment terms are established

• Collaborate with landlords of leased space to support completion of needed maintenance, inspections.

• Work closely with managers and directors to provide a greater understanding /education of the facility and operations requirements

• Perform light maintenance as needed.

• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in clinic and facilities building operations and maintenance

• Experience implementing and maintaining compliance with Joint Commission and Federal and State agency requirements a plus
