Clifford Beers Community Health Partners seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee various IT projects, including:

• Procurement and implementation of an ITSM (IT Services Management) ticket and onboarding system, including the creation of a support desk process and lifecycle. This will also include a knowledge base and the facilitation of a continuous improvement culture.

• Windows server and Citrix upgrades, with an emphasis on end user support.

• Coordination for the opening of a new office location. This is an exciting opportunity to lead transformative projects that will enhance our IT capabilities and support our organization's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, budget, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate project activities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

  • Lead project teams and stakeholders through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.

• ITSM System Implementation:

  • Lead the implementation of an ITSM ticket system, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, configuration, and deployment.

  • Define and document ticket lifecycle and support desk processes to streamline IT service delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and integration of the ticketing system.

  • Define and document staff onboarding and offboarding workflow processes across departments.

  • Establish an equipment tracking and monitoring system.

• Knowledge Base Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance our knowledge base and documentation processes to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to capture, organize, and share knowledge across the organization.

  • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of knowledge base content.

• Server and Citrix Upgrades:

  • Plan and execute server and Citrix upgrades in accordance with established best practices and security guidelines.

  • Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth transition to upgraded systems.

  • Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure system integrity and reliability post-upgrade.

• New Office Coordination:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess IT requirements for opening a new office location.

  • Plan and coordinate IT infrastructure setup, including network connectivity, hardware procurement, and software installation.

  • Ensure seamless integration of IT systems and services to support business operations at the new office.

• Network refresh:

  • Coordinate the upgrade of wired and wireless network infrastructure across multiple sites.

  • Establish and document security standards for network infrastructure, including firewalls.

  • Coordinate and track vendor completion, providing regular updates to key stakeholders including end users.

• Coordinate the implementation of other projects as identified by the network as strategic priorities.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.

• 2 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record required.

• Experience implementing ITSM ticketing systems and support desk processes preferred.

• Experience in successfully implementing major software or hardware migrations preferred.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Experience with server and Citrix upgrades is a plus.
