Job Title – Human Resources Project Manager
Duration – 12 months contract
Location – Kansas City, MO (100% Remote)
The Client HR team has an exciting temporary contractor assignment for you to leverage and build upon your systems, business, operations, and project management skills, while acquiring an end-to-end view of the organization. This is your chance to be a part of the people team that is integrating processes and systems to create operational initiatives, and transforming and modernizing the HR operating model, by consistently delivering programs that have company-wide impact on a global scale. We are a team of skilled HR professionals who enjoy working in a collaborative environment within a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative technology organization.
As a contract HR Systems and Project Manager, you will leverage your expertise in HR operations and systems (specifically Microsoft Office and Client's applications/systems) for project implementations and continuous improvement. You will serve as a functional liaison with internal HR systems and project governance team to support technical processes, implementations, inbox management, and document related procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
