We are looking for a skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. Our lead installers are responsible for changeouts and installs from start to finish with support of an apprentice. This role works with a variety of HVAC systems.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Furnace and AC changeout
- Install Mini Split systems
- Wiring and start ups
- Parts and material management fo jobs
- Training and lead apprentice
- Complete daily paperwork
- Communicate with customers
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Graduated from an approved HVACR program or equivalent experience a plus.
- Universal CFC certified a plus
- Understanding of local and international codes a plus
- A minimum of 3 years install experience in the HVAC industry.
