Safety is the core of everything we do at Climate Express, Inc. Our safety team is focused on creating, training, nurturing, and maintaining safety & compliance. Climate Express is looking for that dynamic person that wants to learn and grow with us.

Duties:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the safety office operations and maintain workflow.

Interact with drivers and answer basic questions regarding compliance.

Act as a liaison between the safety director, operations, and other departments.

Log monitoring and maintenance.

Processes reporting tied to unsafe driving of commercial vehicles.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence and direct to appropriate departments as necessary.

Perform general admin duties -Filing, scanning, data input.

Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in the development of safety-related communication materials

• Strong attention to detail
• Computer adaptability along with word, excel, Microsoft office.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Eagerness to learn and grow with the company
• Familiarity with transportation industry and/ or office management a plus
