Climatec, LLC seeks Project Manager (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 770 E Pilot Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Overall responsibility of planning, directing, and coordinating activities of construction projects to ensure that project goals are accomplished, meeting or exceeding commitments to the customer while maintaining profitability. Obtain, organize, and maintain all project contract documents in accordance with Climatec quality policy. Develop project schedule, identify project milestones and critical path to be provided to all members of the project team. Communicate with consulting engineers, building owners, and other contractors to ensure accurate and timely engineering designs. Review and approve design, project submittals, commissioning, and installation plans, BMS software etc. Schedule and conduct all project construction meetings. Coordinate material orders and timing to maximize cashflow and material handling efficiency. Manage resources by planning, scheduling, and forecasting manpower and resource requirements. Manage subcontractors to deliver high quality installation on schedule. Responsible for project safety program administration. Assist in Building Automation System (BAS)design and Direct Digital Controls (DDC)programming for complex system and equipment. Support to project team on FAT/SFAT with client. Identify change order opportunities and coordinate with sales to document and book them. Prepare monthly project forecasts indicating estimated cost and expected labor requirements for completion of assigned tasks and review with construction manage. Oversee billing in progress, follow-up timely payments from customer, authorize payments to material suppliers/subcontractors. Coordinate turnover of completed project to customer including training, as built / O&M documentation. REQS: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering or related degree. 5 years of experience as a Control System Specialist, Lead Controls Engineer, Controls Project Engineer or Controls Construction Manager. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Control systems and low voltage electronics; (2) Alerton Visual Logic DDC programming to integrate and assist in PLC/SCADA system migrations; (3) HVAC equipment sequence of operation development, including airside equipment such as, VAV, FCU, AHU, RTU, VVT, DATA Center AC, hydronic system or Chiller; (4) Assisting in designing complete Building Automation control system and network architectures using network devices and DDC controllers; (5). Software like AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Team up, and CxAlloy.
