Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure solutions to support business operations.
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software components.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring high levels of system availability.
- Managing network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect systems and data.
- Participating in training programs to learn and apply Integration Analyst skills (HL7, FHIR, Mirth Connect).
- Providing technical support to users and resolving IT issues promptly.
- Documenting IT processes, configurations, and changes.
- Collaborating with team members on IT projects and initiatives.
