The Hospital Pediatric Nurse Coordinator will join a healthcare organization whose focus is to provide quality and compassionate care to the people within the community it serves. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all nursing staff on the unit. They will be in charge of the day to day clinical operations of the hospital. They will manage daily staffing, provide support, mentor staff, and adhere to federal and state regulations. The Nurse Leader will also communicate with hospital wide interdisciplinary teams to facilitate high quality care and patient satisfaction.

The Pediatric Charge Nurse is required to have an Ohio State Registered Nursing license, 2 years of clinical experience, and BSN. Prior pediatric experience is highly recommended.
