The Administrative Director of Quality will oversee and enhance the quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare facility. This role includes the opportunity to develop and implement quality assurance policies, lead compliance efforts, and ensure that services meet the highest standards of patient care. The successful candidate will work closely with medical staff, administration, and various departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

As the Administrative Director of Quality, you will assume a pivotal role, providing leadership and oversight for all Quality, Risk Management, Employee Health, and Infection Control department operations. You will serve as a valuable resource for clinical excellence, educating and guiding the team. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring adherence to hospital regulations and standards, as well as implementing policies and procedures to enhance workflow. Your role will be supported by a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and dedicated staff.

Requirements for this position include:

• RN license or ability to obtain license upon hire
• Proven experience in hospital management
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
