An outstanding Surgical Center is in search of an experienced Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator to join their established team in the Los Angeles Area.
This facility specializes in a number of surgical procedural areas. From eyes, to endoscopy, to OB and gynecological procedures. One of their main areas however is orthopedics. The Ambulatory Surgical Center Administrator will have a hand in the success of all procedures and have the opportunity to lead 2 state of the art facilities that have been providing care to the area for over 15 years. This center combines dedicated physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals that strive to provide expert level care in a professional outpatient setting.
The Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will join an established outpatient surgical team. The Administrator will be supported by the Director of Nursing and oversee all center operations including personnel management, regulatory compliance, financial management, and any future growth projects. The amazing group of physicians working with the team will also make the new Ambulatory Surgery Center feel supported and valued
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s level degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years progressive leadership experience in an ambulatory surgery setting
- Ability to lead and grow advanced clinical teams
