Requirements:

• Educational Background: Must be a graduate of an approved college of pharmacy. An advanced degree in pharmacy is preferred.
• Experience: 5 years of acute care hospital pharmacy leadership is required (manager level and above)
• Licensing: Must be licensed as a pharmacist in the State of New York
