This Federally Qualified Health Center provides accessible, quality health and wellness services to at-risk and vulnerable populations in the community including persons experiencing homelessness. This Health Center serves the LGBTQIA community as well as the BIPOC community in a non-traditional setting.
The Behavioral Health Counselor will provide counseling services at the Behavioral Health clinics and the main health services department. In this community-focused role, the Behavioral Health Counselor will serve patients by providing behavioral assessments, treatments, interventions, and support. In addition, the Behavioral Health Counselor will provide crisis intervention, gender-affirming care, referrals, and psychotherapy.
Located in beautiful Oregon with the Portland metropolitan area nearby, the Behavioral Health Counselor will enjoy an area known for its scenery, fine dining, shopping, and numerous outdoor activities. The area is home to numerous parks and wildlife making it a fantastic place to enjoy the outdoors.
