A national leading healthcare system based in south Florida is now seeking an experienced Cardiac Surgery Physician Assistant to join their award winning organization.

This not-for-profit system comprises multiple acute care hospital locations and hundreds of outpatient care locations throughout the south Florida region. 

Within the scope of their license, the Cardiac Surgery Physician Assistant will provide direct patient care in an outpatient medical setting. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic or lab tests, writing prescriptions, performing surgical procedures within the operating room, collaborating with the surgeon, and may also perform inpatient rounding. This position requires on-call coverage during weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What’s Needed to Succeed:

• Master’s level degree from an accredited college or university
• Licensed and Certified as an NCCPA Physician Assistant
• Prior working experience is a plus!
