The Clinical Nurse Manager Operating Room will be at the forefront of surgical services, ensuring that operating rooms run smoothly and efficiently within the Main Operating Rooms, Endoscopy, and Sterile Processing. The OR Nurse Manager will lead a team of skilled Circulator RNs, Scrub techs, and other perioperative and endoscopy staff while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. The RN Perioperative Manager will implement and monitor compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards while collaborating with physicians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals. 

Clinical Nurse Manager Operating Room Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing ; An Associate's Degree (AA or AS) in nursing with two years of supervisory or management experience may be substituted
2. 3-5 years of perioperative nursing experience, minimum of 2 years progressive leadership experience
3. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS. CNOR Certification required within 18 months of hire date.
4. Current Sigma Six Green Belt certification, or required within one year of employment.
5. Active/Clear State of Florida RN License required upon start date.
