This highly awarded hospital in coastal Connecticut is actively searching for a Clinical Nursing Manager of PACU.

This robust position carries a large scope and the RN Manager PACU will coordinate both patient care and the processes of care delivery within inpatient and outpatient surgical procedures. The PACU has 25 beds. This includes supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, overseeing the unit’s daily operations to provide high-quality patient care, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The Clinical Nursing Manager PACU will require a blend of clinical expertise, leadership ability, and operational management skills. An OR Nurse Manager will be there to help support Perioperative Services, as will the department’s backbone – its team of CNOR and CPAN RNs
