As the RN Director of Pediatric CVICU, you will oversee the comprehensive operation of the departments, including budget oversight. The specialized areas encompass Pediatric Heart Surgery, Pulmonology, Newborn and Pediatric Intensive Care. 

The Director of the Cardiovascular PICU will work closely with Pediatric Surgeons, Cardiologists and board-certified Neonatologists. Supported by a specialized children's imaging department, the facility houses a level IV NICU with over 85 beds. They will have the support of a team NICU, Peds and Critical Care RN Managers.

The ideal PICU Nursing Director will leverage their progressive leadership and clinical experience. Nurses with their BSN should apply, and MSNs with Pediatric experience will earn quick interviews. RNs with Pediatric as well as Cardiac Nursing experience will stand out.
