The Surgery Center Director of Nursing will play a pivotal role as a trusted partner to the ASC CEO in continuing the success of the well-respected surgery center. The Surgery Center Director of Nursing’s leadership and expertise will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of care and furthering the commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
The surgery center offers a wide range of surgical services, including General Surgery, Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic Surgery, Otorhinolaryngology (ENT), Otology/Neurotology, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, and Spine Surgery.

Surgery Center Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of nursing operations within the ambulatory surgery center, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care, optimize surgical services, and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the CEO, physicians, and other key stakeholders to establish and achieve goals related to quality improvement, patient outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor the nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing performance and quality indicators, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with other departments to facilitate smooth and efficient patient flow and interdisciplinary collaboration.
