The Director of Stroke and Quality will work under the direction of the Vice President for Quality and Risk Management, the Director of Quality Improvement. The Director of Stroke and Quality is responsible for acting as the Stroke Coordinator and assumes responsibility for implementing the organization’s Performance Improvement Plan. As a crucial member of the leadership team, this role serves as a leader to colleagues and staff throughout the organization and is dedicated to implementing and enforcing compliance with regulatory standards. The Director of Stroke and Quality will be responsible for direct supervision of the Quality Analyst. They will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of quality improvement and also serve as the Stroke Coordinator, managing department-specific quality metrics.

The ideal candidate for the Director of Stroke and Quality will hold their Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare related field and have experience with neurology, specifically stroke coordination. The Director of Stroke and Quality will enjoy a Monday-Friday day shift schedule!
