Foundation and Business Development Director 

Health System - Northwest Washington - Northern Seattle 

A Health System near Seattle, Washington is seeking an experienced healthcare Foundation Director to oversee the fundraising, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and program development.

Position Summary: 

• Serve as the public face of the Foundation
• Meet with CEO to communicate progress and learn about funding opportunities
• Lead and manage Foundation staff and volunteers
• Fully on-site role

Foundation Director Responsibilities:

• Provide vision and direction to achieve the Foundation’s mission and goals
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners
• Monitor program outcomes and impact
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance

Foundation Director Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree 
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in fundraising 
• Non-profit organization experience
