Reporting directly to the Hospital Chief Financial Officer CFO, the Accounting Assistant Director will be primarily responsible for the hospital finance team, coordinating communication between the hospital and associated clinics, and the shared business operations SBO. This position will play a crucial role in financial analyses, financial reporting, and general accounting functions of the hospital and clinics, monitoring the accuracy of balance sheets and providing their strong accounting expertise. The Hospital Accounting Assistant Director will also be responsible for monitoring accounts payable and receivable, budget management, service line analyses and development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

CPA Certified Public Accountant is highly preferred but not required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required. Demonstrated, progressive experience in acute care finance will be integral to this position.
