The RN Director Cardiac Services will report to the Executive Hospital Leadership Team. They will join a highly skilled and competent care team. The Cardiovascular Services Administrative Nurse Director will be responsible for maintaining and continuing evidence based best practice,  operation of multiple departments, budget, staff, policy and procedure, compliance of regulatory standards of care and safety while achieving the best possible outcome.

The Administrative Director needs the following in order to be considered:

• Texas State Nursing License
• Previous Unit Director experience within Cardiac ICU, Cardiovascular Surgery and/or Cardiac Cath Lab
• 5 years of Cardiac Service Line leadership
