This organization offers a wide array of services including treatment of minor emergencies, injury care, pre-employment services, physical therapy, and occupational health services.
The Lead Physical Therapist will be responsible for the following:

• Providing hands-on physical therapy services to patients with occupational injuries or conditions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and treatments
• Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals
• Leading a team of physical therapists and support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring high-quality care
• Participating in performance improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and promoting continuous quality enhancement

The Lead Physical Therapist is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Physical Therapists, and staff.
Requirements Include

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid state licensure
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively
