The Critical Care Service Manager will oversee the CCU department which is made up of 25 plus beds. The ICU Nurse manager will be responsible for managing the full time and part time staff and reporting to the Director of the department. The Manager will help with the departmental budget, maintain clear communication with staff, and ensure the implementation of the unit goals. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience and several years of ICU experience.
