The Nurse Manager of Quality Management will be supported by 6 skillful and tenured staff members. The Quality Improvement Manager will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. The Manager of Quality Performance Improvement will collaborate with all Nursing Managers and Ancillary Managers to develop programs in order to improve quality, performance, and overall core measures.
The ideal candidates for Manager of Quality Management and Patient Safety should have CPHQ and/or CPPS certifications and can come from Registered Nurse of California, MD- Medical Doctor, PharmD- Pharmacist, PA- Physician Assistant or NP-Nurse Practitioner background. The Manager of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety will need to have acute care hospital quality management experience.
