The Assistant Nursing Director Med/Surg will join a team that leads in services of acute care, emergency services, medical surgical care, robotics, neonatal intensive care and maternal health. The Assistant Nursing Director Med/Surg will work closely with the Director of the Unit and help lead a team of managers, supervisors, and RNs. The Assistant Nursing Director Acute Care Services will be responsible for:

• Administrative leadership as well as the strategic and operational plans to support the hospitals mission and vision
• Supervision of nursing care for all patients in the department
• Will lead by showing strong communication skills, the implementation and execution of departmental goals
