Reporting to the Nurse Manager of MedSurg, the Medical Surgical RN Staff Nurse will play a pivotal role in delivering care to patients. The nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Physicians, other MedSurg Nurses, a Charge Nurse, and the Nurse Manager to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient's needs. 

The Medical Surgical RN Staff Nurse will play an important part in the day-to-day clinical and patient operations of this unit. This person will take responsibility for patient assessment and history review, working with the physician and family to develop a clear path of care. Working under unit leadership, and in close collaboration with attending physicians, the Nurse will help formulate and execute care plans.
