The RN Director Occupational Health will play a critical role in promoting and maintaining the health and wellness of hospital employees, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, and supporting the overall mission of the hospital. Duties will include staff management, development and implementation of wellness programs, compliance oversight, budget management, health promotion, and more. 

The ideal Nurse Director Employee Health Services will meet the following requirements: 

• Masters of Science in Nursing (Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program)
• Minimum five (5) years nursing experience in an Employee Health setting required
• Minimum one (1) year experience as a Nurse Practitioner required.
• Current Nurse Practitioner certification
