The Nurse Manager Dialysis Renal will oversee day to day renal dialysis department operations, staffing, and equipment allocation and oversight. The Renal Nurse Manager will ideally have previous knowledge of the nursing process, regulatory process, and staff nurse performance reviews.

The Renal Nurse Manager will oversee a 5 bay unit with an impatient population and the use of Fresenius 2008T Bluestar/Amia Cycler CCPD/Plasmapheresis machines within the unit. The ideal candidate will have previous Nurse Leadership experience and experience with dialysis.
