An exciting new opportunity is available for a passionate Critical Care Nurse leader! Our highly accredited and award winning hospital in the greater Orlando, FL area is looking for a Nurse Manager ICU to ensure that their intensive care unit is delivering flawless and exceptional patient care. 

The ICU RN Manager will be part of a large acute care center that is part of an extremely accredited health care system that is one of the top in the state. With their size, recognition, and academic prowess, working within this health care system offers lots of amazing opportunities for professional growth and development.

With an experienced Intensive Care and Critical Care support team working under them, the ICU Manager will have the support to meet and exceed the goals of the department. The ICU Manager will report directly to the Critical Care Director to keep them informed on the operations of the department, and will have the support of Critical Care Assistant Nurse Managers, Intensive Care Nurse Supervisors, and an experienced ICU and CCRN support team. The ICU manager will oversee 14 beds, the rapid response team, and 45 FTEs. 

As the Nurse ICU Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing unit operations, aiding with budgetary concerns, ensuring that your staff and department are operating at the highest level possible, and aiding the Critical Care Director with administrative operations. The Nurse ICU Manager will be an experienced nursing leader in acute care hospital Critical Care or ICU specialty.
