A highly reputable and award-winning hospital in central Massachusetts is seeking a talented Labor and Delivery RN Manager to join their team. This is an exciting role that requires prior acute care experience and offers a chance to lead a dynamic team in a rapidly growing department.

This 700 bed medical center is part of a leading health system with various hospitals serving the communities of Central Massachusetts. They offer a wide range of medical services, including specialized care in areas such as cancer treatment, cardiovascular care, neurosurgery, and more. As the Labor and Delivery RN Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a unit that includes 8-bed Triage, 2-bed PACU, 3-LDOR, and a 40-bed LD unit. You will lead a team of approximately 150 FTEs, including ANMs and Charge Nurses, and be responsible for ensuring high-quality care for patients. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in Labor and Delivery and be able to address any cultural challenges within the department.

The ideal Labor and Delivery RN Manager will meet the following requirements:

• Leadership experience in Labor and Delivery, ideally as a Manager in acute care setting
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred
• Ability to lead a team of seasoned nurses and address cultural challenges within the department
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Current RN license in Massachusetts
