The Operating Room Nurse Supervisor will help lead a busy inpatient surgical department which offers procedures to treat a wide variety of cases including orthopedics, cardiovascular and general surgery. This team of front-line caregivers, made up of tenured Operating Room Nurses, Surgical Techs, and Board Certified Surgeons, play a vital role in ensuring this unit runs smoothly. The Operating Room Nurse Supervisor will work to ensure that their team is up to date on their clinical competencies and will actively engage in clinical quality improvement tasks.
