The Patient Access Representative is responsible for managing patient interactions at the point of entry into the healthcare facility.
This includes scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and ensuring that patient information is accurately entered into the system.
The role requires a strong focus on customer service, communication skills, and knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
This is a fast paced environment with frequent patient interactions. The Patient Access Representative may also require working in various shifts depending on the facility hours.
