An established critical access hospital located in northern New Hampshire is currently searching for an experienced Physical Therapist to join their award-winning healthcare team.

Under direction of the Physician, the Physical Therapist will perform physical therapy treatments on patients with injuries, disabilities, and diseases. The Physical Therapist will perform accurate record keeping, and ensure appropriate documentation for patient charts and third-party reimbursement agencies.
Requirements Include

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Current license as a P.T. in New Hampshire
• BCLS certification required
