Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical Unit

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical unit at a community hospital in a rural area. This position offers:

• Full-time night shift (0.9 FTE)
• Competitive pay range: $32.01 - $54.40 per hour
• Potential relocation assistance up to $8,000

Medical Surgical Nurse Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care for a diverse population, ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to meet patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
• Maintain a patient ratio of 5-6 patients per nurse during night shifts
• Ensure safe, high-quality care in accordance with nursing standards and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (state-specific or multi-state compact license)
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum one year of RN experience
• Strong teamwork and adaptability skills
