• Leading the performance improvement program, the competency-based orientation program, and the professional development plan for staff and self
• Managing budgeting and resources, ensuring efficient use of human and material resources
• Evaluating the quality and effectiveness of patient care and professional practice

The ideal RN Director Behavioral Health will meet the following requirements: 

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Current State of Nebraska nursing license
• Multiple years of related acute care leadership experience
