As the Nurse Manager of LD, you will report directly to the Women’s Services Nurse Director. Supported by an Assistant Nurse Manager and a team of seasoned Charge RNs, you will lead a dedicated team in our bustling Labor and Delivery Department. Together, you will provide patient-centered care, leveraging state-of-the-art technology and a collaborative approach to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities include managing daily unit activities, overseeing patient care delivery, and promoting staff development. You will serve as a clinical resource, staying abreast of the latest advancements in the specialty area and integrating knowledge into practice. Additionally, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate and improve patient services, contributing to performance improvement initiatives and facility management.
