Reporting to the Vice President of Nursing, the Women's Services Nurse Director will plan, organize, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care for multiple clinical operational areas including Mother/Baby, Special Care Nursing, and Labor & Delivery. The Nurse Director Women’s Services has the opportunity to cultivate a collaborative and efficient Women’s Center with attention to quality standards, patient experience, and employee engagement.

The RN Director Women’s Services will promote the practice of professional nursing as well as facilitate and assist in the development and implementation of organizational goals. The Nurse Director Women’s Services will be a valued asset to the Women’s Center and contribute to the wonderful experience of those becoming a mother.
