CSO is looking for a Nurse to provide medical care and treatment for clients, ensuring coordination of care and appropriate discharge planning.
CSO provides an Excellent work environment with a great management team and top notch technology (including Electronic Health Records). We are also a Trauma-Informed Agency, practicing trauma-informed care and offering regular trainings and an internal Trauma-Informed Care Certification program.
We encourage newly licensed nurses who have an interest in behavioral health to apply. This entry level position provides the opportunity to practice as a nurse under the leadership of a highly compassionate, understanding, and skilled nursing leadership team. This position in a Monday-Friday 1st shift position- no nights, no weekends, no major holidays, and no on-call requirement!
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Must be licensed in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse, and have experience treating adults, adolescents and children. Must be familiar with community resources and possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Computer proficiency required including ability to effectively work with email, electronic health record and word processing software. Must possess valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
