Responsibilities:

1. Promote ClinicMind product and service brand awareness and generate leads.

2. Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, preferences, and trends in the health-tech industry.

3. Maintain a competitive company position in the market.

4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.

5. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.

6. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.

7. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

8. Manage the marketing team and provide direction and leadership to ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

9. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure marketing efforts are in line with overall business strategies.

10. Develop relationships with key stakeholders, such as industry influencers, media outlets, and strategic partners.

11. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

2. Digital Marketing Tools Proficiency:

5. Good understanding and excellent leverage of AI tools, applying them to different aspects of marketing efforts and initiatives

3. Healthcare Marketing Experience:

1. Previous experience in marketing roles within the healthcare industry

2. Understanding of healthcare-specific marketing regulations and best practices

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is an advantage

2. 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least five years in executive-level positions 

3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
