**Inventory Control Specialist I**

**Role**

Job Profile:

This position is responsible for the monitoring, picking, and storage of clinical trial inventory to ensure products are maintained at proper storage conditions and accurately detailed within CSMs inventory system.

Key Responsibilities:

* Pick inventory for distribution and production

* Work directly with other departments in addressing inventory concerns

* Learn to interpret and use production and shipping schedules to manage workload to meet timelines as requested

* Consolidate material appropriately

* Repackage material to match usage for production and shipping

* Ensure product is stored in proper location and environmental conditions

* Learn and adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and CSMs Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

* To follow, promote and enforce relevant SOPs, Job Aids, and Company policies and procedures

**Requirements**

Role Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED

* At least one year of warehouse experience

* Preferred experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), or Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

* Ability to work independently or within a team

* Detail oriented to produce timely and accurate work

* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with active listening ability

* Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills to prioritize work and efficiently react to change in a fast-paced environment

* Maintain a high regard for confidentiality while dealing with all clients, proprietary, and pharmaceutical related information

* Highly computer literate; experience operating with all Microsoft Office software

* Ability to operate office equipment (telephone, calculator, photocopier, fax, and scanning machines)

* Ability to operate a pallet jack and forklift preferred
