Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Outpatient Infusion Nurse for our partner group's Cancer Center in Nashua, NH. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing chemotherapy and other infusion therapies in an outpatient setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety, comfort, and education throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy and other infusion therapies as prescribed by oncologists.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and manage side effects related to treatments.
• Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, potential side effects, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in oncology nursing.
• Provide emotional support and resources to patients and families throughout their treatment process.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NH state license.
• Previous experience in oncology required.
• Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00 - $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
