Our client is seeking an Assistant Controller to join their team in Tyler, TX!
Duties:
- Assist corporate controller with accounting functions including reporting, payables, and cost.
- Oversees preparation of periodic reporting and required legal filings.
- Training of accounting staff.
- Coordinate year end audits.
- Assist in the development of forecasts and cash flow projections.
- Provide strategic input to decisions.
Requirements:
- BBA in Accounting
- CPA Required
- 5 years of professional experience
- Managerial experience a plus
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
