Responsibilities

• Ability to work with small parts and microscopes on a daily basis.
• Handling small instruments in an 8 hour period : such as reamers, drills, tweezers, deburring knives, and air hose.
• Understand and ensure that parts must conform to print specifications by using measuring instruments such as calipers, gages micrometers, and microscopes.
• Proper protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and required
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines. Position and secure workpieces on machines using holding devices.
• Work closely with others in a team environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• On the job training provided
• A sharp eye for quality and detail is essential in this role.
