As a key liaison between customers and financial institutions, your leadership ensures efficient loan processes and upholds our company's reputation.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Collecting and organizing necessary loan documentation promptly and accurately
  • Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all loan documentation
  • Supporting Loan Officers in application review and completion
  • Assessing applicant credit standings through thorough research
  • Submitting loan applications for underwriting review
  • Coordinating effectively with Loan Officers and assistants
  • Ordering necessary appraisals and verifications
  • Tracking loan processing status and maintaining records
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate loan options
  • Managing paperwork for existing and new loans, including disclosures
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws
  • Handling closing documentation and following up with clients
  • Assisting with additional tasks as needed

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of underwriting terminology and real estate trends
  • Proficiency in standard software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure
  • Knowledge of escrow processes, valid driver's license, and background check required
  • College degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of mortgage experience preferred
