In this highly visible, developmental role, the Product Analyst will perform data analysis, assist with the launch of new products and line extensions, and support promotional initiatives that will help the organization exceed its fiscal goals.

• Create financial analysis, forecasts, pricing strategies and competitive analysis for new product initiatives.
• Data analysis identifying product performance trends
• Assist with market research delivering data driven insights to identify new product and market opportunities and define them to the organization.
• Collaborate with all departments to produce relevant and engaging marketing materials/collateral.
• Assist in leading cross-functional teams to introduce new products to the market in accordance with launch schedules.
• Contribute analysis and recommendations for product launches, line extensions and cost savings projects (including marketing research, new product development, operations, packaging development, supply chain, etc.)
• Assist in product portfolio management, identifying potential gaps and prospects within channels and markets.
• Gather competitive intelligence and amass for easy reference.
• Work with Sales & Marketing Communications teams to develop effective marketing campaigns for launched products including marketing materials, technical documentation, demonstrations, and promotions as required.

Qualifications Include:

• Strong data analysis and data visualization skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business. Relevant work experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in Marketing, Engineering, Data Analysis, Sales, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel (or similar programs)
• Collaboration with customers
• Strong business acumen
• Strong Project Management Skills and ability to deliver to deadlines
• Prioritize workload and multitask between multiple projects
• Grasp mechanical concepts.
