Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production staff, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining quality standards.

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
- Implement and enforce production schedules
- Monitor production metrics to achieve production targets
- Train, mentor, and motivate production team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies

Skills:
- Experience manufacturing principles
- Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
- Strong background in management
- Understanding of Quality control processes
- knowledge of plant machinery perventative maintenance
- Plant management experience is a plus
- Experience driving fork lifts and loading trucks as a backup when needed
